Partnership of Hope
St. Christopher’s Hospice
St. Christopher’s Hospice was established nearly 40 years ago to provide and maintain residential nursing and convalescent beds and day care for the end of life care of persons (without regard to race, creed or means) who are suffering from any late stage chronic or terminal illness in Cavan and Monaghan.
More recently we have made major progress in agreeing with the Department of Health and the HSE for the provision of a state of the art specialist palliative care inpatient hospice.
